Introduction
Welcome to the AI Wellness Center of Excellence (“AI Wellness,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website, participating in programs, using our apps, joining our practitioner or brand networks, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. General Use
- You agree to use our website, apps, and services only for lawful purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from content without our prior written consent.
- AI Wellness reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to users at its discretion.
2. No Medical Claims or Guarantees
- AI Wellness provides educational, wellness, and preventive programs. Nothing on our website or in our programs constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Participation in programs, use of wearable devices, or pilot studies does not guarantee specific health outcomes, results, or benefits.
- All treatments, therapies, and technologies are optional and supplementary, and you should consult your personal physician before participation.
- AI Wellness disclaims all liability for any injury, health issue, or adverse effect arising from participation in programs or use of services.
3. Patients, Practitioners & Brand Partners
A. Patients
- Participation in programs requires consent to collect, store, and analyze biometric, wellness, and program engagement data.
- You acknowledge that all data may be used in aggregated or anonymized form for research, pilot programs, or media purposes.
- Patient data is protected, and AI Wellness adheres to privacy standards outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Missed Appointment Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled appointment, you are required to pay a $150 missed appointment fee. This fee applies to all treatments, consultations, and program sessions unless prior notice is provided in accordance with cancellation policy.
B. Practitioners
- Practitioners participating in our network agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- AI Wellness provides a turnkey platform for hosting masterclasses, patient consultations, and program development, but practitioners are responsible for their own professional decisions.
- AI Wellness does not assume liability for clinical decisions made by practitioners.
C. Brand Partners
- Brands joining our 90-Day Pilot program agree that AI Wellness does not guarantee sales, clinical outcomes, or patient engagement results.
- Brand content, products, and demos must comply with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
- Participation may include media exposure (podcasts, movie content, social campaigns, Yearbook). AI Wellness may use brand logos, images, and content for promotional purposes.
4. Programs & Pilot Studies
- All programs (e.g., Skin & Scalp 2.0, MoveStrong 2.0, ImmunoBoost 2.0, HeartCare 2.0, MindSync 2.0, etc.) are part of educational and experimental wellness stacks.
- Participation in pilot programs is voluntary. Data collected is used for internal research, program development, and measurable insights.
- AI Wellness provides wearables, biometric tracking, and apps (AI Wellness Connect) to facilitate data collection.
- Pilot outcomes are anonymized and reported in aggregate, and individual results cannot be guaranteed.
5. Raffles, Contests & Promotions
- AI Wellness hosts weekly raffles and promotional events.
- Eligibility, entry methods, and prizes are determined by AI Wellness at its discretion.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prizes.
- AI Wellness reserves the right to modify, cancel, or disqualify entries for any reason.
6. Non-Profit & Community Partnerships
- AI Wellness collaborates with non-profit organizations to promote community wellness, research, and access initiatives.
- Participation in programs or brand partnerships may include joint projects, charitable contributions, or community activations.
- AI Wellness is committed to transparency and measurable impact for all non-profit collaborations.
7. Intellectual Property
- All website content, programs, materials, logos, and media are the property of AI Wellness or its licensors.
- Unauthorized use of AI Wellness intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
- Brands and practitioners grant AI Wellness a limited license to use logos, images, content, or media for promotional purposes in connection with programs and pilot studies.
8. User Obligations & Conduct
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering for programs, accounts, or applications.
- You may not engage in harassment, disruptive behavior, or misuse of AI Wellness facilities, apps, or platforms.
- AI Wellness reserves the right to refuse service or participation if a patient, practitioner, or brand displays non-compliance, bad behavior, bad intentions, or conduct that jeopardizes staff, participants, or program integrity.
- AI Wellness reserves the right to terminate participation for violations of these Terms.
9. Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy
- Patients must provide notice of at least 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without timely notice incurs a $150 missed appointment fee.
- AI Wellness reserves the right to charge this fee directly to the patient account or payment method on file.
- Repeat missed appointments may result in suspension or termination from programs.
10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- Participation in programs, use of services, or brand integration is at your own risk.
- AI Wellness is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or wellness outcomes.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
- We make no representations or warranties regarding efficacy, results, or safety of any program, product, or therapy.
11. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Wellness, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your participation in programs, practitioner services, or brand partnerships.
12. Media & Content Participation
- Participation may include podcasts, videos, films, social media, and written content.
- By participating, you consent to recording and distribution for promotional, educational, or research purposes.
- AI Wellness does not guarantee the extent, frequency, or reach of media exposure
13. Third-Party Services & Links
- AI Wellness may link to third-party products, services, or resources.
- We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, or services.
14. Data Privacy & Protection
- All personal and health data is collected and managed according to our Privacy Policy.
- Wearables, apps, and program participation are subject to secure storage, aggregation, and anonymization for research purposes.
15. Modifications & Termination
- AI Wellness may update these Terms at any time.
- Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
- AI Wellness may terminate access to programs, apps, or partnerships at its discretion.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
- Participants agree to waive class-action rights unless prohibited by law.
17. Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
