Dr. Jacquelyn Cortez Sammons, DO is a board-certified obstetrician, gynecologist, and the founder of Transformation Health & Wellness, a boutique medical spa and gynecology practice located in Anaheim Hills, Orange County, California. With a career rooted in both clinical excellence and genuine compassion, she has built a reputation as a physician who listens, thinks holistically, and goes beyond the surface to address the root cause of her patients' concerns.
Educated entirely in Southern California, Dr. Sammons earned her undergraduate degree at California State University, Fullerton, before going on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona. She completed an internship at UCLA and finished her residency training at the University of California, San Diego — then returned to Orange County, the community she calls home, to serve her patients there.
