Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed onto the show floor or in session rooms at any time. If an attendee is persistent, please call Caroline Lopez for approval. If approved, they will need to complete a “minor waiver form” which can be obtained at registration. A copy of the minor waiver form will be provided to the attendee with the original residing at the Registration. The intent of the waiver form is for an actual attendee as opposed to a minor attending with a parent. 

Yes, there is self-parking and valet parking available at The Wynn.

  • Self-park garages are located off Las Vegas Blvd. for both Wynn and Encore.
  • Self-parking at the resort is complimentary for all Wynn and Encore Resort and Tower Suite registered guests, subject to availability. 
  • For non-registered guests the daily parking fee is $20 per day, with the first three (3) hours free. Prices may be higher during special events. 
  • Valet parking is $40 per day up to 24 hours (no grace period, no re-entry).
  • Non-registered guests are charged the applicable daily fee each time they use valet parking and have no re-entry privileges. Prices may be higher during special events.
  • Valet parking is complimentary for: Wynn and Encore Tower Suite registered guests, Private Access guests, Delilah patrons and Wynn Rewards members in the Chairman and Black Tiers.
  • All valet parking is subject to availability. 

No, The Aesthetic Show cannot validate your parking. 

First Aid is located in the Exhibit Hall towards the back of 200 aisle. 

The Registration is located just ahead in the convention lounge on your right. 

The Foundations of Advanced Injections course on Thursday and the Advanced Injections Training Masterclass on Saturday are located on the lower level in meeting room Bandol 2. If you have not yet checked in to the conference proceed to the Registration Desk ahead on your right first, then take the escalator or elevator downstairs and go right towards the lower-level meeting rooms. 

The Business and Practice Management courses are located on the lower level in meeting room Avignon. If you have not yet checked in to the conference proceed to the Registration Desk ahead on your right first, then take the escalator or elevator downstairs. Avignon is located at the bottom of the escalator to the left.  

The Regenerative Aesthetics Symposium is located on the upper level in Cristal Ballroom 7. If you have not yet checked in to the conference proceed to the Registration Desk ahead on your right first, then proceed ahead and around the corner to the stairs or elevator. Once upstairs follow the signs to meeting room Cristal Ballroom 7.

The Welcome Keynote session is located on the upper level in Cristal Ballroom 8. If you have not yet checked in to the conference proceed to the Registration Desk ahead on your right first, then continue ahead and around the corner to the stairs or elevator. Once upstairs follow the signs to meeting room Cristal Ballroom 8.

Cristal Ballroom 7 and Cristal Ballroom 8 are located on the upper level of the conference venue. Pass the registration desk and around the corner you can take the stairs or the elevator to the upper level. Once there, follow the signs to the meeting rooms. 

Avignon is located on the lower level of the conference venue. Pass the Registration Desk and take the escalators or the elevator located around the corner. Avignon is located at the bottom of the escalator to the left.

The Speaker Ready Room is located on the lower level in meeting room: Ruinart. If you have not yet checked in to the conference, proceed to the Registration Desk ahead on your right and look for the “Faculty / VIP / MVP” line. Once you have your badge continue ahead to the escalators on your right or the elevators around the corner. Once on the lower level proceed to the conference hallway and head right to the lower-level meeting rooms.

The VIP Lounge is located on the lower level in the Avize meeting room. Once you have your attendee badge, pass the Registration Desk and take the escalator down or go around the corner to the elevators. Once on the lower level proceed to the conference hallway and go right to the lower-level meeting rooms. At the bend, go left and you will find a corridor of meeting rooms on your right side. Avize is located down this corridor.

The Aesthetic Guide (TAG) Theater has become an instant crowd favorite. The theater allows an intimate opportunity to learn from and interact with faculty members and speakers about today’s hottest topics like Thread Lifts, Exosomes, Weight Loss Programs and more. Join the conversation as hosts and guests reveal the latest innovative concepts and techniques.

The Aesthetic Guide Theater is located on the lower level in meeting room Epernay 1. Once you have your attendee badge, pass the Registration Desk and take the escalator down or go around the corner to the elevators. Once on the lower level proceed to the conference hallway and go right to the lower-level meeting rooms. At the bend, go left and you will find a corridor of meeting rooms on your right side. Epernay is located down this corridor.  

This year the Exhibit Hall is located in Cristal Ballrooms1-6 on the upper level of the conference venue. Once you have your attendee badge, pass the registration desk and around the corner you can take the stairs or the elevator to the upper level. Once there, follow the signs to the Exhibit Hall.

The Aesthetic Awards Golden Era Gala is a celebration for a cause, benefiting Angel Faces. Spotlighting exceptional work and achievements in aesthetic medicine, the event offers an evening of dinner, dancing, live entertainment, a red carpet photo op and more! This year’s theme is “Golden Era” so come ready to shine and join us on Saturday, June 29th from 7:00 – 10:00 pm! This event sells out every year so buy your tickets before it’s too late. Visit the Registration Desk ahead on your right for more information or to purchase tickets. Tickets are $200 each and all proceeds benefit Angel Faces!

The Aesthetic Awards Golden Era Gala will take place in the Bandol meeting rooms located on the lower level of the conference venue. Pass the Registration Desk and take the escalators down or the elevator located around the corner. Once downstairs, follow the signs and entertainers to the Gala.

Lost and Found is located at the Registration Desk. Please check at the Registration Desk during conference & expo hours for lost and found information or to report your stolen item. One of The Aesthetic Show staff will be happy to assist you.

Any items left after the conference ends will be given to Wynn security at the end of the show on Sunday afternoon.

Yes, portions of The Aesthetic Show Conference sessions are being recorded. This year, the Aesthetic Medicine Spotlight sessions, and Specialized Aesthetic Medicine Breakout Sessions are being recorded and can be viewed On Demand on the Aesthetic Multispecialty Society website with a Premium Membership. 

In addition, The Aesthetic Guide Theater segments are being recorded and will be available on The Aesthetic Guide website. 

Yes. The Business Center is located in the Convention hallway directly across from the Petrus meeting room.

The Business Services Center offers private and semi-private Internet stations, copy and fax services and courier services. Business Center hours vary, call the center at (702) 770-2370 for current hours or for more information. 

Yes. The Lactation room is located on the lower level behind the Registration B desk, to the left, and can be used by nursing mothers. There is a dedicated sign outside the room.

There is a “Family” bathroom on the upper level, located by the Bollinger meeting room.

The Aesthetic Multispecialty Society (AMS) was created to allow all medical aesthetic practitioners to gather for online education and knowledge sharing, in order to improve techniques and practices in aesthetic medicine around the world. To receive credit for this activity, the participant must complete the post-show survey. At the end of The Aesthetic Show the post-show survey will be emailed to you. At the end of this survey the link to the CME post-test and evaluation will be given.
